Store Policies

We work hard to ensure the quality, performance, and freshness of every product but, like you, we are only human. If you feel the need to return something, please be aware of the following:

* No returns on jarred or bagged spices and teas unless they have gone bad or are otherwise defective upon receipt. You must have your receipt and return them within 7 days of purchase.

* Unused merchandise may be returned within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a receipt (we do offer gift receipts). If the product shows signs of wear, it will not be accepted.

* Products with manufacture defects will be exchanged for store credit only.

* Used products that are NOT defective cannot be returned.

***SHIPPING POLICY***
*Unfortunately, due to changes in international shipping policies, we are no longer able to ship packages outside the U.S.
*We only charge actual postage which is calculated at the time your order is packed.
*Actual charges may vary from estimated charges given on invoice
*We use USPS flat rate boxes at our discretion
*If you wish to insure your packages, please notify us in writing (email, fax, or in the "Special Instructions" box) at the time of your order. The cost for this service is usually $1.75 - $2.25 per parcel.
*If you choose not to insure your order, Summit Spice & Tea Co., LLC, its employees and assigns are not responsible for loss, theft, or damages NOT as a result of improper or inappropriate packing.
