A well known Chinese black tea made from large tea leaves ("souchong") smoked over pine wood. Originally tea that traveled long distances in caravans would acquire the flavor of the campfires along the way. This would result in a distinctive smoky flavor by the time it reached market. This is a hearty morning or camping tea - try it with milk and honey!
