Brining a bird before roasting is a great way to ensure a juicy and flavorful end product!
Our brine mixture is a succulent blend of salt, sugar and spices to create the perfect main dish for your holiday feast! Each bag of brine mix contains enough to brine a 14-16 pound bird.Instruction are included for those of you that are new to brining.
