Rosemary Infused EVOO
This infusion is made with wild grown rosemary harvested in the province of Lleida, Catalonia.
It pairs well with rice, game meats, pasta, grilled fish and paella.
Garlic Infused EVOO
This is an amazing infusion that is ideally used as a dip for bread, or an addition to soups, pasta, or grilled meat.
Chili Infused EVOO
Red hot chilies are gathered from the fields of Lleida, Catalonia to infuse this spicy concoction. The mixture matures for a month before bottling to intensify the flavor. It is a delicious addition to pizza, pasta and many other spicy dishes. Use sparingly.
