Guajillo - Whole Chili

With its thin skin& red flesh, guajillo chilies are used in tamale or enchilada sauce, chili butter taco meat or rubs for poultry & meat. The mild, berry-like flavor is perfect for soup or stew. To make a paste, soak chilies in hot water until soft. Puree or pound until smooth before adding to recipe.
