These tea leaves have been aged in a mandarin rind to impart sweet citrus notes that balance out the rich, earthy flavor of pu'erh (aged) tea leaves. We currently have both white & black varieties - if you are new to pu'erh you may want try the white version first.
Ingredients: black or white tea, mandarin rind
Like all our teas that are $6.00/oz or more, we would be happy to offer the opportunity to purchase a half ounce...if we could! Since these teas are packed within a mandarin rind we can not divvy them up any smaller. Most of the mandarins weight in at an ounce, some more, some less. Whether you order 4 oz., 8 oz., or 16 oz. the weights will be approximate though we will not give you any less then you order.
