The flavor of this high-grade oolong is incredible and unlike anything we had every tried. It is well-balanced with the sweet, creamy flavor like that of fresh milk. Some say this is because the leaves are steamed over simmering milk, others say that the striking flavor is a result of temperature fluctuations right before the leaves are harvested. Either way, there is a great story behind this tea but the folks who make it aren't telling! This is a wonderful, light-to-medium-bodied oolong with furled leaves like a Ti Kuan Yin. Brew it Gong Fu or in an infuser and you will get enough infusions to last you all day.
