Alaskan Umami Sauce

This debut product from Sweet & Spicy is excellent! Created by Pam Turner of Girdwood, Alaskan Umami Sauce is a pungent blend of molasses, vinegar, sesame and spices that makes a delicious marinade or glaze for literally everything. We have tried it on salmon, red meat, chicken wings, veggie kabobs, grilled zucchini, stir fry and more.

Mild Ingredients: brown sugar, cayenne pepper sauce (cayenne pepper, vinegar, water, sea salt, garlic), vinegar, minced garlic, pure sesame oil, unsulphured molasses, granulated garlic, granulated onion, pepper, sea salt
