This estate-grown olive oil comes from the "American Mediterranean" of California. These folks grow, harvest, and press their own olives to ensure the highest quality and consistency. We offer two varieties:

Extra Virgin: Unfiltered olive oil that retains the peppery quality of the olives themselves. A good all-purpose oil pressed from six different varieties of olives. 375 mL.

Olio Nuovo: This oil is the first pressing of the first harvest of green (i.e. unripe) olives. This opaque oil is incredibly bright green and has an intense grassy, peppery flavor with a slightly dry mouth feel. This is only available in limited quantities starting in November each year. 375 mL. NOT CURRENTLY AVAILABLE!
