Our house Double Ginger Scone Mix truly has a following. Is it because they are so incredibly easy to make? Quite possibly. Or, is it because of the fresh ground ginger and crystallized ginger are masterfully blended to create some of the best tasting scones you've ever had? Maybe. Or is it because all you need to do is put on your bunny slippers, pour the mix into a bowl, add water, knead briefly, and pop 'em into the oven while you have your first cup of tea? Ah yes, that's probably it!
